Abstract

The bilateral cavernous carotid aneurysms are rare, representing a challenge in the proper management of them. The following is a clinical case of a 79-year-old woman with a history of arterial hypertension with bilateral large cavernous carotid aneurysm treated conservatively, the different modalities and controversies of the management of this pathology are discussed.
